Our Mission

To play a central role in providing effective and innovative access to information resources to a wide range of users within and outside the Justice system in Nunavut.

The Nunavut Court of Justice Law Library's services and collections anticipate and respond to the reference and research needs of the Judiciary, Justice Department staff, the local and national legal community and the general public.

The Nunavut Court of Justice Law Library is committed to providing flexible, effective access, creating cooperative relationships with users, furthering staff expertise and managing resources responsibly.

NOTE: The Nunavut Court of Justice Law Library subscribes to the principles of Fair Copy under the Copyright Act. That is no more than 10% of a book/serial/library resource may be photocopied and must be copied for personal use only (i.e., not for sale).
